 2021 Hamilton Co. Fair - July 15th - 19th

2021 - Basic training meetings will be held at the Hamilton Co. Fairgrounds from the first of March into April for all youth who have signed up for the 4-H llama project. 

As of April, youth will begin meeting at the location of their llama's housing for further training and practice for the fair.

4-H Enrollment Deadline Jan 15 Extension Office at the County Fairgrounds
 
Deadline to turn in Animal Location and                  
Identification Forms and County Fair Class
Registration Form to the Extension Office.
 		 May 15 Extension Office at the County Fairgrounds
All American Youth Jamboree Llama Event June 9-11 Hamilton County Fairgrounds
 
All Llama Record Books & Llama Activity Books Turned In - Must Be Complete!
 		 June 20  To the Llama Project Leader or your Club Leader 
 
Deadline to turn in Llama Class Entry Form to Extension Office
Deadline to enter Llama Classes online.
Both MUST be completed by deadline!
 		 July 1 Extension Office at the County Fairgrounds

Online Fair Entry
All Projects Turned In For Fair July 11 Hamilton County Fairgrounds, 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
 
Llama Barn Set Up for Fair - All members and family needed. July 13 All members! Set up pens and ready barn for fair.  6:00 pm.
 
Llamas Go to Fair
Wash Day at 10:00 a.m. - Bring a Lunch
 		 July 14 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.

 
Return Equipment to the Farm July 18 5:00 p.m.  Everyone

 
Llama Barn Clean Up - All Project Members! July 19  5:00 p.m. or Following Royal Showmanship
 

          4-H Llama Project Completed!  We hope you have had a great year!
