Power Seeker is the newest
addition to our
breeding program. He is an extreme
suri with fine golden lock structure. When we first saw him we were
attracted to his height, his structure, and his very correct conformation and
wanted to add his genetics to our herd. He definitely is one of the nicest show quality suri males
that we have seen. His outstanding qualities have definitely been
recognized as he constantly has been at the top of the class at many ALSA shows
and Futurities quickly earning his ALSA ROM and Halter Champion
title. As a yearling,
he was Grand Champion at the 2004 LFA Futurity, Grand Champion at the North
American Livestock Show, Reserve Grand Champion at the Great Lakes Regional, 4th in the 2004 ALSA Grand National
Show, and Grand Champion and Best Of Show at the Triple Crown Llama Show, 2005.
He then went on to place in the Top Ten of the Celebrity World Futurity
2005, Reserve Grand Champion at the ILE Show, Grand Champion at the East
Central Ohio ALSA Show, Grand Champion at the East Central Ohio Futurity, two
Grand Champions at the Millinnium Magic ALSA Show, and 1st Place and Reserve
Champion at the Millinnium Magic Futurity, 2005.
Now with
some offspring in the showring, it is obvious that Power Seeker is passing on
many of his favorable show quality traits. We are seeing tall, stretchy
offspring with excellent conformation and proud presence - just what llama

is a gorgeous tall, stretchy male with an abundance of proud presence. Silky crimped fiber just
completes this package.
Following in the footsteps of his sire, Merit - the 1998 World
Futurity Champion and the 1998 ALSA National Grand Champion, Showdown placed in the Top Ten of
the 2000 Celebrity World Futurity Show, Reserve Champion in the 2000 Midwest Challenge Futurity,
Reserve Champion in the 2001 Northeast Classic Futurity, 6th in the 2001 ALSA National Show,
and was Reserve Grand Champion at the 2001 Great Lakes Regional. In
2002 he was placed 3rd in the ALSA Grand National. He quickly earned his
ALSA Recognition of Merit and also is now an ALSA Champion Male and
Champion Get Of Sire.
Showdown's offspring show such great conformation, size, color, stretch, and
presence!! Many of them are following in Dad's footsteps and winning
numerous ribbons! One of his first offspring, SHAG
Shawnee, was awarded Grand Champion Male at the 2004 ALSA Grand
National Show and again at the 2005 Grand National Show! What
an accomplishment! Many other tall and stretchy offspring are continuing
